After the merchandise has been sent, the documents are delivered to Nedbank Mozambique, with specific instructions for collection, which in turn will be sent to the Bank of the importer. The documents will be delivered  rigorously following those instructions (prompt payment, acceptance of a bill of exchange or a written declaration concerning payment).
