Immovable Leasing is a financial leasing contract celebrated between Nedbank Mozambique (Lessor) and the Client (Lessee), which allows the Client to use the property during the contract period against payment of a rent, at the end of which the Client has the option of acquiring the asset for a value agreed upon at the start of the contract (residual value).
