In the event of loss or theft of the card you must call:

This service is available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year and is multilingual.
After reporting the loss or theft of the card by phone, the Customer must notify the Bank of the occurrence in writing as soon as possible, attaching, in the event of theft, the police report or report from the equivalent authority.
After the Customer reports the loss or theft of the Card to the Bank or Visa, he/she shall no longer be held liable for any fraudulent operations, provided these have not been validated by PIN.
If the Customer subsequently finds the card, he/she must not use it and is required to hand it in at an Nedbank Branch.
